HR Analyst - Production

For our Client, an international manufacturing company, we are searching for candidates to join as HR Analyst - Production.
Main responsibilities:
- Administration of a wide variety of personnel policies and programs
- Provides data analysis, data mining and data management
- Prepare workday reports as needed
- Communicate with other employees, departments, administrators, applicants and the public for the purpose of providing information and assistance concerning employment and related legal requirements
- Coordination of absence management, employee relations, approve payroll, appraisals, and monthly/annual reviews
Requirements:
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of English
- Overall knowledge of HR processes
- Expert in Microsoft applications, specifically Excel
- Very good communication skills, flexibility and reliability.
