Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for recruitment, training, development, motivation and coaching of the Client Management Team
• Leadership of the team both by example and by driving direction and focus
• Work with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure that all revenue and retention targets
are achieved and a satisfied clients portfolio is grown
• Work closely with sales team to ensure seamless support for clients, especially in the
clients transitioning.
• Engage via telephone and in personal meetings with financial professionals within commercial
businesses to understand their Business Payments needs
• Develop proposals for key decision-makers to offer range of appropriate solutions to help
the business growth.
• Cooperate closely with Operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payments
• Ensure the CM team maintains required clients records and actively cooperate in the clients
reaccreditation process
• Responsible for individual portfolio and retention of individual clients in own portfolio
• Work efficiently with the General Manager
Candidate should have min. 3 years of experience within B2B sales, proven team leadership experience, customer focused individual with strong initiative/drive and general knowledge of financial markets. Strong computer skills plus presentation and negotiation skills with problem solving skills are necessary.
