Person on a position will be part of Life Cycle Service team. He/she shall manage field/onsite operations in respect of leading and supporting team of technicians, supervising onsite activities planning and coordination, acting as an interface to the customers and subcontractors and finding possibilities of further business development. Additionally person should be able to carry certain commercial activities as preparing offers for field works and negotiate them with customers. Daily cooperation with sales team shall be in place to assure alignment of service and installations of new units.
Position combines several aspects of business such as customer service, sales, logistics & finance.
Our requirements:
Experience in service business or experience in implementing machines for internal/external customers in production environment.
Minimum 1 year on managerial/leader position in service business.
High level of technical/mechanical/electronic experience.
Czech – native or fluent (both speaking and writing)
English – fluent or communicative (both speaking and writing, making person able to work in international business environment)
Knowledge of Polish could be additional benefit
