The primary responsibility of the IT Technical Specialist is daily communication with customers to help resolve support tickets and support in education to comfortable using the applications. Handle all income inquires from customers as first line point of contact and diagnosing problems. Work closely with users, product management, marketing and engineering teams across other countries to make sure that support is exceeding customer expectations and that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
I am looking for someone who can understand technical concepts and be able to explain them to people with varied technical experience. This position requires someone who is comfortable speaking with both engineers and business people.
Requirements:
Professional experience on a similar role providing technical support
Excellent communication skills
Ready to join to dynamic team and environment
Familiarity with web technologies
Willingness to learn new technologies
Fluent English
University education (Bachelor degree minimum)
