My client is a growing international firm developing travel expense systems and applications. They develop applications in this field both of international corporate clients, as well as individual clients like you and me.
They are a global company with a development and service centre here in Prague. This development centre is international, so you can expect a collective of international technical specialists with a clear vision as to where their products will take the company in the future. We are currently searching for the following candidates:
APPLICATION CONFIGURATION SPECIALIST (FRENCH) (REF: WEDI)
Responsibilities:
In this job, you will be a configuration specialist with the Configuration Services team, and you will be a technical expert regarding Travel and Expense modules. You will work directly with external clients and internal business partners to provide client support and to configure travel and expense application systems.
You will interface with external clients and internal teams, communicating verbally and in written form, configuring systems according to requirements. You will need to ensure configuration inquiries are quickly addressed and solutions are completed accurately. Be an expert and maintain a current and thorough understanding of our client's Travel and Expense systems, attending training programs and industry-related conferences according to needs and budget. You will be working with French clients, so ongoing technical and professional communication in French language is required here.
We require:
• University Education from a Computer Sciences / IT field is preferred
• SQL programming ability, including tasks such as inserts, updates, deletes, and writing SQL queries is strongly preferred
• Excellent professional and technical communication skills in French required here
• A customer services or technical support background would be an advantage here
• Proven ability to engage and interact with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Team player and fluent English language (in addition to French)
