As a successful candidate you will be in charge of managing, developing and mentoring AP team (approximately 5-7 people). You will be responsible for fulfilling of team target and controlling team member’s KPI´s; also you will implement new agreed processes and communicate with internal and external auditors and other local countries. You will ensure AP balance sheet controls.
The ideal candidate should be a person with orientation on detail, education in finance and at least 3 years of relevant experience in SSC in accounting or AP department. You should also have relevant experience with managing people. We are looking for responsible person who has very good problem solving skills and who speaks English fluently. We also expect good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP or Oracle.
