Your daily job is to handle phone calls from Finnish speaking customers, solving problems and also escalate their issues to the IT/technical team. You are the main contact person for the customer, so you must understand perfectly the customer´s requirements and maintain a good relationship with them.
You must have fluent or at least advanced Finnish and intermediate English knowledge in written and spoken.You don´t need previous work experience, but you should be a customer oriented person with excellent communication skill.
