Our client is one of the largest IT company in the world. Their services include business and technologies consulting, IT services and business process outsourcing. Currently we are looking for candidates for Software application positions for an international project. This position may require travel for on-site training abroad.
You will provide technical support for non-standard software applications. In this job you are communicating with end users in the respective country to clarify problems with applications and resolve them. Diagnose the issue and escalate to programmers in case of complex application problems and facilitate communication between programmers and end users.
To be the successful candidate you need to have technical education (IT related qualifications) and/or experience in the relevant field. You must have advanced level of English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, French, Dutch, Swedish. You need to have knowledge of JAVA or .NET technologies, but you don´t need to have programming experience. Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL). Flexible on travel – may involve international travel for training purposes
