CS Assistant with English

For our client, international company, the largest logistical service provider for returnable and reusable packing, we are looking for suitable candidates for a position of Customer Service Assistant with English located nearby Kralupy nad Vltavou.
On this position you will be responsible for delivery and collecting orders. Also you will execute the whole processing of the complaints and informing all involved parties in such a way that preventive and corrective measurements can be taken in time. You will take active part in all activities related to customer support.
Suitable candidate should have ideally minimum secondary education. Knowledge of English (fluent level) is a must as well as using MS Software especially Excel. We are looking for an independent and responsible candidate with strong communication and presentation skills and ability to build relationships, person that is goal oriented, flexible and able to cooperate in the team. Suitable candidate can start immediately.
