Strategic Buyer (LED Lighting)

For our client, the international purchasing company, we are looking for suitable experienced candidate for position of Strategic Buyer responsible for managing and developing suppliers within assigned geographical area in order to optimize the price, quality, manufacturing capacity and delivery service of products.
You will be responsible for setting business strategy and goals, developing existing suppliers, building and maintaining good business relationship with suppliers and other business partners. You will lead negotiations with suppliers according to th values and guidelines (win-win).
Requirements:
- Experiences from Purchase, ideally from production company
- Knowledge of lighting (LED)
- Deep knowledge of the cost drivers (Raw Material, Production Costs), basic knowledge of other cost drivers in the supply chain (distribution costs)
- Understanding of the market situation in the Czech Republic and Central Europe
- Fluency in English
- Negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Driving license B and willingness to travel often
