The main tasks of a successful candidate will be to manage HR processes and procedures under local and internal regulations. You will be responsible for operational tasks, managing benefit systems, recruitment and training processes and supporting a the HR Business Partner, managers and other members of the team directly.
An ideal candidate should have good knowledge of HR processes across multinational environments and has at least one year of experience in a similar position within an international company. We are looking for a proactive person, very well organized and flexible who is not afraid of new challenges. Fluent English is a must, because of communication with management on daily basis, and another European language is an advantage. The right candidate will be able to gain wide spectrum of HR knowledge and experience and have the opportunity to progress their career within the company.
