For our client, international development company, I am looking for the candidates at the position IT Project Manager
Project Manager is responsible for leading projects in line with project management standards and facilitates cross functional cooperation. Project Manager delivers projects that comply with the quality standards and customer satisfaction within the agreed time, scope and budget.
You will be responsible for:
Define project tasks and resource requirements, prepare project schedule and plan project deliverables
Work with resource managers to assemble and coordinate project team
Track and coordinate project dependencies cross multiple teams
Perform project monitoring and control, take corrective measures when required within predefined thresholds, escalate if the responsibility thresholds are exceeded
Perform scope change management, analyze consequences of the change to be introduced and report back to project board
Manage project stakeholders expectations and satisfaction
Perform proper risk and issue management
Create and maintain project related documentation as defined in the Project Management Policy
Requirements:
min. 2 years experience at similar position (IT PM)
Communicative knowledge of English
Ability to manage virtual team
Very advanced time management, self-organized person
Resistance to stress
Experience from international environment
General IT overview
