As a German&English Speaking Customer Service Specialist You will provide customer service support for German speaking clients by handling their calls and answering their non-technical questions. You should also ensure that your customers are satisfied, so you have to demonstrate a high level of customer service. You need to document all requests properly through the internal system and have a good working relationship within the team.
You are an ideal candidate for this role if You speak advanced/fluent German and English language, for the best understanding of the customers´ requirement. Experience in a business environment or in a Shared Service Centre is an advantage but fresh graduates are also welcome. Knowledge of MS Office programs is a plus. We are looking for candidates who have strong problem solving, multitasking skills, are eager to communicate with people and are highly customer oriented.
