Our client, a well established biotechnology company, is currently opening a role of Sales Manager with responsibility for managing a small sales team to concentrate on niche therapeutic area. You can expect an attractive pipeline, matrix structure with support both from the local medical and marketing side.
To become the selected candidate you need to prove your managerial skills, very good knowledge of centric or hospital business, partial experience with hospital tenders. You need to have excellent English knowledge as this is the company language. You will travel across the whole Czech Republic. You need to show the flexibility in thinking, bringing new ideas to improve customer care as well.
The selected candidate will become a part of a very stable, attractive employer with an established based across various countries. You will get a chance to contribute to company strategy. Immediate start is possible.
