You need to manage and ensure the functionality of the assigned Service Line. You will be responsible for the area of accounting, performance, quality and compliance obligations. You need to manage teams within Service Line by Team Leaders and giving support to them, in terms of motivation and performance evaluation of direct reports, care for staff development, monitoring goals, planning and professional training of employees. You will optimise and plan the human resources, cost optimization and monitoring of revenue allocated to Service Line. Communication with customers, preparation and participation / leadership meetings with customers, solving problems with customers (operational level), regular reporting for the department (KPI / BVI ), implementation of projects coming.
You are the excellent candidate for this role, if you had experience in similar role, preferably from Shared Service Centre. You have knowledge of business processes and experience in project management and managing large groups of subordinate.
Due to the business requirement excellent knowledge of German and at least communicative level of English is a must for this job. You can be successful in this position with very good organization, presentation and management skill.
