My client is a leading global pharmaceutical company which has a presence in over 140 countries around the world and offer medicines and products in a range of different healthcare area. It is currently building a Global Operations Centre here in Prague, which employs highly qualified IT professionals to provide centralised IT services to support operations in Europe, the Americas and Asia. We are searching for candidates for the following role:
ERP BI SENIOR SYSTEM BUSINESS ANALYST (REF: WEDI)
Responsibilities:
The Group ERP Business Intelligence (BI) team owns & maintains the ERP reporting standard and leads operations for those BI enterprise assets. The senior system analyst facilitates work between business and IT groups to “translate” requirements and enable creation of value added IT solutions.
The position supports the operations for Group ERP BI platforms in such a way that they meet the ongoing and future needs of the business partners, participating in project execution and maintains service quality for live applications.
Work closely with business partners in understanding both long-term and short-term business goals and strategy. Develop and deliver support in accordance with Service Level Agreements based on business requirements. Collaborate with (and lead) external partners to support system operations / development / integration, ensuring reliability, competence, flexibility and cost effectiveness.
Ensure compliance of application’s operation and maintenance during its operational life. Ensure the continuous improvement, rationalization and management of existing systems and operations. Achieve targets for operations and in customer satisfaction measured through adherence to defined service levels and KPIs.
Be viewed as a respected member / extension of business leadership within domain and as a change agent willing to drive teams and inspire innovation on all fronts. Report to the Group ERP BI Operation Manager, be a key contributor to Group ERP BI system operations and lead a small team when required.
We require:
• Degree in Information Technology, Finance or equivalent (Life Science experience is a plus)
• 5 years proven experience within a large IT organization
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Business Intelligence.
• Experience with Business Objects or Qlikview will be a plus
• Proven track record in providing application support or corporate BI systems in an international environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills management of a small to medium team
• Fluent in English (Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)
