JAVA ARCHITECT / DESIGNER
Our client is one of the leading providers of telecommunications and information technologies.
You will be responsible for designing technical solutions for international projects based on Java platform. Design in the area of access enabling platforms for global partners providing mobile internet services/content for group-wide usage.
Also part of your responsibility will be design and implementation of new software components, technologies and services.
Main responsibilities:
Conduct business analysis and design of technical E2E solutions.
Drive and control design, implementation and documentation of application services and systems for partner integration on Java platform.
Design, maintain and improve a solution architecture including the integration into IT and Telco part of the company.
Prepare technical specifications for new implemented services as an input for implementation in close cooperation with the team and UK colleagues.
Monitoring of new technologies and trends suitable for SW systems development – internet and mobile services and their system interfaces.
Projects complexity evaluation and estimates.
Education and experience:
University degree (IT, Telco).
Min.3 years of design and implementation experience in Java.
Requirements:
English written and spoken advanced
Czech
Very good know-how in design of Java applications and systems: SOAP and/or REST API, Spring, Hibernate and JPA, Java SE, Java EE, XML and related standards and technologies, relationship databases, design patterns, JBoss, Tomcat, Linux
Eclipse, SVN, Maven, JUnit, SoapUI
Agile techniques experience is an advantage (Scrum)
