Order Administrator with French&English

Our client is one of the biggest company on the Ostrava´s market with stable background and multicultural environment.

In this job you will be responsible for:
- data gathering – obtain customer/sales owned technical and non-technical data,
- data review – review and quality control sales and customer provided data, making changes -as needed - to progress the order correctly.
You will liaise directly with sales department and/or customer - via phone, e-mail - to retrieve required data. Track and manage order and rejections would be also your responsibility. Your task is provide accurate status updates to Sales and Project Management during Ordering phase. Manage orders to appropriate deadlines and escalate as needed to ensure customer delivery dates remain on track


You must have fluency (C1) in written & spoken English and upper-intermediate(B2+) French knowledge to be the successful candidate. You don´t need to have previous work experience for the role, but you should have confident & professional telephone manner and strong customer service skill.
You must be perform well under pressure to meet deadlines and must have excellent organizational and prioritisation skills. You should have strong computing skills & confident in managing multiple systems.
