You will be responsible for HR activities as recruitment including budget and hiring plan, performance evaluation and salary as well as bonus review, development and management of training.
You will provide support to managers and implement changes within the company as well as will lead projects from the HR perspective.
Ideally you have at least 5 years long experience in HR covering mainly recruitment and compensations and benefits at the same time. Company culture requires service/client approach and result oriented, flexible personality with good organizational skills.
University degree and very good level of English are needed.
