You will provide 1st line support to the customers, answering their calls, redirecting to technician on duty to the customer. Your task will be to review of existing contracts, keeping SAP database up to date. You will process purchase orders both internal and external. Participation in invoicing procedure is also one of your task. The job holder is also processing reports from SAP and translating, correcting contracts, quotes.
To be the successful candidate you must have advanced/fluent Polish+good English+at least intermediate Czech language knowledge. Russian language knowledge could be additional benefit.
2-3 years of experience in office support/customer service role is desired for this job, but not a strict requirement. Economics or technical degree is preferred. You should have excellent communication skill and self-motivated person with ability to work under pressure.
