Collection Team Leader with Dutch or German

For our important client, a new and small Shared service centrum in Prague, we are seeking for suitable candidates for a role of Collection teamleader with English + German or Dutch
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will review new & existing customers according harmonized scoring rules as described in the Credit Policy , her or she will acquire and maintain guarantees, asses sales contracts, follow up the credit limit in cooperation with Insurance company and other tasks. He will also lead a small team of collectors- account receivables.
Requirements:
The suitable candidate has 4-5 years of collection, credit management, account receivable experience plus at least 2 years of managerial experience in Shared service center.
We are looking for customer and detail oriented person with very good English plus either German or Dutch language.
