For our client, international FMCG company and their new established cluster team of strategy planning and supply chain for east Europe we are looking for experienced candidates for demand planning role:
- Contribute to the delivery of company KPIs
- Contribute to the delivery of yearly operational brand / trade plans with performance monitoring & identifying issues / opportunities & communication to the team
- Delivering and controlling the demand plans on daily / variant basis
- Ensure that all the stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Top Management) are familiar with the actual demand plan
- Responsible for the content of the Daily and Weekly Sales Report
- Providing the actual demand plan to the regional SP&I team and to the SSC team
- Keep close working relation with brand and trade marketing teams, to ensure the delivery of the above objectives
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in demand planning in FMCG or Commerce
- Strong analytical / numerical skills (advance level of MS Excel)
- Fluent English knowledge
- Presentation of numbers in connection
- Assertive and clear communication
- Excellence in change management
