We are offering an excellent opportunity to join to our successful client and help them to improve. The company is providing customer service and technical support in the telecommunication area. They are existing many years on the Ostrava market and offering secured workplace for the employees. They are completely multi-cultural company, offering an opportunity to meet people from different countries.
Your daily job is to handle phone calls, emails from customers, solving problems and also escalate their issues to the technical team. During the process you are entering everything into the system and cooperating with other teams. You are the main contact person for the customers, so you need to build good relationship with them.
You must have fluent or at least advanced English and German knowledge to be the successful candidate.
You don´t need previous work experience, but you should be a customer oriented person with excellent communication skill.
