TECHNICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH GERMAN AND ENGLISH
For our client, international TELCO company with office in Prague, we are looking for suitable candidates for customer service role – Technical Customer Service Representative with GERMAN AND ENGLISH
Responsibilities:
Main goal on this position is customer satisfactions. You would be solving various customer enquiries related to TELCO issues and provide other general information. You will communicate through phone, email and web portals and create a tickets in CRM system. The main responsibility is to take a high volume of customer calls and manage them professionally, efficiently and with excellent communication skills. As a part of the team you will also cooperate with others and provide support to other colleagues in the team.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate has at least 2 years of experience with customer service/ help desk preferably in bigger international company. Excellent level of English and German (or French, or Italian) is a must, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to handle multi-task activities in fast international environment. You must have advanced knowledge of internet technologies, which includes Cs, TCP/IP, Email, Dial-up and ADSL and Dedicated Access.
