Responsibilities:
On this position you will be responsible for supervising partner business managers and proximity agents by focusing on soft skills, communication techniques, objection handling over the phone. The primary goal is talent development in the organization. Your goal will be delivering trainings, coaching sales reps. and to improve their communication, objection handling and sales skills. You will monitor the calls and evaluate the performance of agents and provide feedback to team managers.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate must have a managerial experience in Customer services or sales ideally in the area of IT products. Native level of Russian plus fluent English is a must. We are looking for an independent and responsible candidate with strong communication and negotiation skills and ability to build relationships, person that is goal oriented, flexible and able to cooperate in the team.
