You will provide a support to member of the board to maintain relationships within company employees and associates as well clients, you will be responsible for independent organizational administrative such as diary, correspondence, meetings and travel arrangements. You will be also responsible for help with communication within the company. Important part of your job is also support of organizational events and work closely with HR team.
An ideal candidate has at least 4 years experience from similar position in an international environment, preferably in a pharmaceutical company. Advanced knowledge of MS Office is essentials. Fluent English is a must, because you will communicate on daily basis. We are looking for an independent, trustworthy and proactive personality.
