Team Leader position is open at their HR Services department, which is coordinating and administrating several HR related tasks regarding to their foreign entities. You will coordinate and process various projects in the field of HR. You will be the manager of the HR Administrators: evaluate their work, setting up KPIs, coach and motivate them. You will be also responsible for the accuracy of HR processes (attendance, payroll, travel reports, etc.)
You should have at least communicative knowledge in English and German and has already at least 2-3 years experience in similar role, dealing with HR issues or you have experience in customer service. You should have university or secondary school education in economic, technical direction or language studies. MS Office knowledge is a must and SAP knowledge is preferred.
Experience in people management or very good managerial skill is also a requirement. You are goal oriented and process focused person with a flexible attitude. Willingness to travel and driving license.
