Main responsibilities:
• Manage brand campaigns (development, co-ordination, budget and agency a management)
• Co-work and support on development and execution of strategic and operational brand planning
• Cooperation on implementation of brand strategy and plan
• Cooperation on brand marketing activities (brand performance monitoring, analysis of research results, monitor development and production process of new POSM items)
• Monitoring of competition, creating market analysis
• Communication and negotiations with suppliers, BTL agencies, creative agencies
• Monitor, analyze and control brand budget in brand activities,
• Ensure that any brand development is is complaint to specific market
• Ensure that all customized merchandising projects and brands executions are in accordance with legal documents and trademarks and marketing standarts.
Ideal candidate will meet these requirements:
• Around 1 - 3 years of experience in FMCG field is a must
• High school education or University degree (in Marketing related branch as advantage)
• Native Czech is necessary, English min. on Advanced level
• Creative skills, open minded
• PC skills (MS Office)
• Driving licence B – active driver
• Administrative and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, communication across management levels
• Ability to learn and develop, keen on personal and career growth
• Customer focus, team work
