Responsibilities:
At this position you will be responsible for development of processes, product knowledge and trainings of customer service team members. You will provide trainings to new customer service representatives, monitor team’s performance, provide coaching in communication skills, monitor all ISO related process, make sure all audit rules are followed.
Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have preferably university degree, at least 2 years of previous experience in a customer service in SSC followed by team leading or training experience. Native Czech and excellent level of English is a must. We are looking for a dynamic and flexible person with customer orientation, very good communication and organizational skills and ability to handle multi-task activities in fast international environment. Suitable candidate should be attend to detail and have the ability to meet deadlines. You should be also independent, responsible, very good in work with PC and information systems, able to solve various unexpected situation and occurred problems and able to work under pressure.
