Responsibilities:
At this position you will support German manager, organise his agenda, assist him with various administrative tasks, arrange conferences, coordinate work with internal and external customers and suppliers etc
Requirements:
Suitable candidate should have preferably university degree and ideally some experience within assistant or customer service roles in a big international company. Excellent level of German (native like) and fluent English is a must! We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person with excellent communication and organizational skills and ability to handle multi-task activities in fast international environment. Suitable candidate should be independent, responsible and very confident in Excel, Power point and internet.
