A world-known developer company is currently looking for the right candidate to fill the position of SENIOR LAWYER.
You will be responsible for preparation of legal materials and complex contracts, analyses of legal documents and representation the company in legal matters. You will communicate with Land Register, Trade Register, Commercial Register and other relevant institutions. Very important part of your work will be providing consultancy to other departments about legal problems (especially connected to acquisition and merger issues).
The candidate must have University degree, at least 6 years of relevant working experience and working experience from a big international company (preferred is real estate or developer area). The candidate should have a very good knowledge of legal legislation, real estate/construction law and real estate financing and banking matters. Excellent English (written and spoken) is a must. We are looking for dynamic and innovative candidate with drive!
