Travel & Expense Clerk with English and French - part time

For our important client, an international company located in Prague, we are seeking for suitable candidates for a role of Travel and Expense Specialist with advanced English and intermediate French for part time.

Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will process all expense claims according to Company Policy, ensure that all data changes are input and validated correctly as well as having the correct approval process, calculate of per diem in compliance with local legislation, review, post and reconcile travel advances of employees, post and reconcile bank statements with T&E`s and perform all reconciliations procedures are required per corporate and local policies. He / she will be responsible for reviewing and posting all expense reports to ensure that appropriate supporting documentation is attached. Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit or purpose of the role or as reasonably requested.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be proactive, flexible, adaptable, team player and friendly person with orientation on detail. We are looking for customer oriented person with good command of English and French, ideally with technical skills and working experience with ERP system, preferably from SSC . We also expect good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).

We offer:
Work in a pleasant and friendly international working environment, part time job for 4 hours per day. Start date: immediately (April 2014).
