POSITION INCLUDES TRAVELLING ABROAD, TRAVEL ALLOWANCE
Improve your career and be a part of well-established international company. To enhance cooperation with branch network, our client is looking for candidate with willingness to travel abroad and gain new opportunities and ideas, that would be then implemented in Czech region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage of assigned teams of Branch Managers, Business Units Managers across several regions. Motivate and provide support/feedback to managers and coordinate key activities according to sales plan. Participate in meetings, trainings and international office visits, regular reporting and reports preparation.
Requirements:
We are looking for experienced candidates from insurance sector with previous experience at similar position within agency network min. 3 – 5 years is expected. Candidate must have sales, with result orientation and also with analytical skills and willing to travel (6 months abroad). English on Advanced level and driving license are a must.
Successful candidate will work independently, on various tasks with support for professional and personal growth within company, exclusive remuneration with benefits (notebook, company car, mobile phone,…). Client can offer contract for indefinite period and office based in Prague.
