Make right choice in your career and join successful international company. Our client is leading insurance company and they are looking for an exceptional and talented candidate to join the marketing team in Prague and will take responsibility for online distribution channel.
Job purpose:
Key responsibility is to lead on-line distribution and help to keep current client list up to date and manage acquisition of new clients, including cross-selling. Main task is to create effective sales strategy for distribution channel and define marketing and online sales activities.
Responsibilities:
• Creating and management of marketing campaign plan, DM campaigns plans, lead-generation plan and budget with goal to meet sales target
• Responsible for online distribution team members development, goal setting, evaluation and motivation.
• Reporting of sales results and activities within online distribution team.
• Maintenance of relationship with key online distributors as financial aggregators , external call-centres, lead-generation suppliers, etc.
• Initiate and lead product development for on-line distribution based on customer insight
• Supervision of creating and preparation of campaigns for online and CRM acquisition
• Very close cooperation with CC, Sales Support, Marketing and Product managers.
• Close cooperation with Team Leader of Direct distribution support in defining tools required to meet direct distribution goals (both strategic and operational).
Minimal University education is required, English on Advanced level (C1), previous experience with online marketing (2 – 5 years), proficient PC user (work with database, creating forms). Organisational and analytical skills are required, same as detail orientation.
