A great opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic, motivated and successful recruitment team! We are looking for a Recruitment Associate to support the consultants in sourcing and interviewing candidates, expanding the database, as well as supporting the team in the full running of this very busy desk.
With a broad and varied range of clients we need someone who can think on their feet, learn quickly and thrives being part of a busy team! Ideally you will be a sales background. You will have the ability to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, have a great telephone manner and be able to liaise confidently with clients and candidates alike.
You will be confident working in a pressured environment, able to manage multiple jobs and various demand from the team, and have a strong work ethic, however we never forget to put the fun into our professional lives therefore the right person will have the ability to build friendly, fun and personable relationships at the same time!
