You will be responsible for support and assisting clients abroad and help them in stressful situations. The main responsibility is daily contact with customers, airlines, hospitals and travel insurance providers. You will work in shifts, company provides 24/7 support.
As a successful candidate you should have customer orientation with ability to make good customer relations. Fluent English and Polish are required as well as Czech on native speaker level. You should be a stress resistant and flexible person who is able to work independently as well as in the team, you should have very good communication skills and strong drive to solve problem effectively.
