For our client, a successful international real estate company, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager.
Job Description:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the complex property operation, maintenance and both client and tenant communication and coordination.
In detail, your responsibilities will be following:
• Communication with landlord and tenants
• Rent scheduling and preparation of invoices
• Operational budgeting
• Analysis of expenditures and reconciliation of annual costs
• Regular monthly reporting and providing recommendations for future actions
• Maintenance and insurance coordination
• Managing and communication with contractors and suppliers
• Tenders management
Candidate Profile:
To fulfil the above responsibilities successfully, you should have previous experience in property or facility management, strong client orientation and excellent technical skills and knowledge. You are a reliable and independent person, native Czech speaker with very good command of English.
University degree is not necessary as long as you are able to work under pressure and focus on deadlines. We are looking for a hardworking person with strong orientation on detail and being able to work on multiple tasks at the same time.
