Senior Project Manager – biotechnology compan

Would you like to be a part of a biotechnology company, work on interesting IT projects and communicates with stakeholders from USA to China? We are looking for a senior Project Manager, who will be responsible for projects of SW development.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accountability for project results and overall leadership of the project.
• Leading of IT projects throughout all phases from the preparation, execution, handover to operations till the evaluation
• Selection and organizing of project team members throughout the entire project.
• Draw up project`s budget and control its allocation, reporting of its current balance, management of orders and invoices.
• Management of external suppliers within the project – both CZ and foreign.
• Proactive communication with business – process and system owners, stakeholders, testers etc.
• Project risks analysis and risks mitigation strategies.
• Responsibility for setup and adherence to rules related to project change management.
• Project presentations for company management.
• Responsibility for updates of project documentation.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• University degree in IT/Business or similar
• 4 - 5 years’ experience on IT software development project management position
• High level of expertise and knowledge of business analysis and/or business processes and understanding of the underlying technologies
• Proven knowledge of project methodology (PMI, Prince II,…)
• Advanced communication / negotiation skills and argumentation, the ability to stand up for preferred solution,
• Advanced presentation skills
• Customer and result orientation and participation in fulfilling company goals
• Prior experience in the field of biotechnology / pharmacology is an advantage
• Czech/Slovak native
• English very good
