Main responsibilities on that position will include participation in process migration and ensuring team deliver operational targets. Main duties will involve allocation day to day work across team, assigning tasks and workload to ensure right focus on priorities as well as setting team objectives to achieve SSC and AR goals. Main tasks will also include reviewing individuals performance, identifying and facilitating process improvements, reporting and monitoring metrics, including analysis, explanation of variances and remedial recommendations as well as problem resolution.
The successful Candidate for this position has 2 years Supervisory and Project team experience and 5 years AR experience. Very good English and French skills are a must. SAP skills and advanced working knowledge of MS Excel are required. University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is needed. We are seeking candidates with good analytical, communication and organization skills as well as with good theoretical and practical knowledge of different financial and analytical techniques and the capability to plan own work and respect deadlines.
