A successful investment and development real estate company is looking for a Junior Asset Manager.
The person will be responsible for a portfolio of mainly office buildings, including regular reporting, communication with tenants, contract management, etc.
Suitable candidate for this position is a person with previous experience in commercial real estate, ideally as a Letting Coordinator or Property Manager. He/she is a team player with positive attitude, well organized with good analytical and communication skills.
