Quality manager

For our client, an international producer of non-woven textiles and automotive supplier, we are currently recruiting for a Quality manager for a production plant in Prague – west.
On this position you will handle the following responsibilities:
• Quality planning and continuous improvement
• Hold responsibility for all aspects of quality (R&D, production, quality system)
• Take responsibility for quality in the direction to customers as well as suppliers
• Leading and developing of direct subordinates in the quality department
• Implement a long term strategy in your department
• Support vision and targets of the business unit
For this position we require:
An experienced manager from quality department in a production plant, who will be able to start from green field and implement the ISO 9001, ISO TS, EN 9100 and ideally ISO 14001. You need to have experience with quality in automotive sector and ideally should have experience with customer dealing. An active knowledge of English is a must; German language is a big advantage.
We are looking for a positive people person with hands on approach.
