For our significant client we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Learning and Development Manager.
Main tasks of successful candidate will be to provide training from budgeting to evaluation process. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining training materials, managing costs, identifying needs and improvements to deliver training programs with close cooperation with managers and employees of the company.
An ideal candidate should have at least bachelor degree holder, native speaker of Czech/Slovak with fluent English. 2-3 experience on similar position is must. We are looking for a proactive person, very well organized and flexible who is not afraid of the challenge.
