Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will on daily basis monitor sales and purchases of fuels, dry stock and another services on every station, communicate with petrol stations, perform reconciliation of station customer accounts and credit card customer accounts.
He / she will upload of data from the retail automation system into SAP and reconcile inventory and close the accounts at the end of month. Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit or purpose of the role or as reasonably requested.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, proactive, flexible, team player, friendly and communicative person with sense of accuracy and patience. We are looking for customer oriented person with good command of English and Russian or with English and Polish / French. We also expect very good knowledge of Excel, SAP is desirable.
