You will be responsible for:
Monitoring the health status of systems, networks and applications and responding according to predefined guidelines and procedures
Analyzing problems and incidents on 1st level of support
Creating trouble tickets in time and assigning them to relevant engineers
Daily check of backups
Responding to callouts and attending shift duties as and when required
Performing operation and maintenance activities in accordance with laid down procedures and business requirements
Initiating the corrective actions when necessary to maintain successful operation of the network platforms
Requirements:
University level of education
English: Advanced level
IT Security standards
Knowledge of either Windows, Linux, Networking, Middleware, VMWare
Previous similar experience (part-time/full-time)
Good communications skills
Time management skills
Analytical skills
