In this role you will be responsible for the complex controlling agenda, i.e. financial planning, forecasting and budgeting as well as reporting. You will also work on regular and ad hoc analysis in order to provide recommendations to the management. You will be in regular contact with other parts of the company, such as sales and marketing departments therefore strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential. This role is managerial, you will lead a team of 2 Controllers and supervise their work.
The ideal candidate should be University educated in finance or similar area, have minimum 3-year experience at similar position preferably from pharmaceutical/FMCG sector and outstanding knowledge of MS Excel. Very good English and fluent Czech are essential together with previous managerial experience. We are looking for a well-organized and assertive candidate.
