Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all HCP Interaction including training, educational programs and HCP services for other departments. This includes events such as Symposia, Workshops, Round Table Meetings etc. This person will ensure logistics for these events (hotel reservations, transportation, administrative support for other types of HCP interactions, such as educational grants, donations to foundations and will be in charge of all necessary documentation such as contracts, making sure local legal regulations, preparation an tracking of budgets, creation purchase orders in the system, sending invoices for payment processing etc.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in event organization, have excellent communication and good interpersonal skills, have ability to handle multiple, complex tasks. We are looking for customer oriented person with excellent English and German and very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
