Our client is a globally operating company providing intelligent print management solutions. For their growing team in Prague, we are looking for experienced Database Developer.
Responsibilities & tasks:
• Develop new features and maintain components
• Identify, adopt and maintain new methods and technologies.
• Participate on enhancing the database layer of application, database tuning and troubleshooting with overlap to Java code
• Share knowledge, provide related tutorials and maintain component/subsystem documentation
• Create/implement tests and quality checks in cooperation with Quality Management
Your profile:
• Minimum of 2 year experience with development in databases (PostgreSQL or MS SQL)
• SQL programming, procedures, triggers, TSQL, PL/pgSQL, query optimization, database debugging and tuning
• Ability to develop and find bugs in Java code which communicates with database (ORM)
• Problem solving and analytical skills, good communication skills, team player
• Communicative Czech and English language knowledge
• Driving license – active driver
• Clear criminal record
