JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER / ZEPE

On behalf of our highly esteemed client, a successful and leading player in the area of commercial development, we are looking to recruit a promising and proactive Junior Project Manager to join the construction team.
Your role will be to support the Senior Project Manager on an operational level by being present on the site (previous site experience is an absolute must) as well as supervise and coordinate the project agenda. Although working closely with the project manager, you will still be expected to make your own decisions in all the phases of the project, including engineering, construction or supervision of the general and subcontractor. The right person is a safety and environmentally aware team player willing to learn from their seniors and to cooperate across departments and divisions (leasing team, fit out processes etc.). Certain “I can do” personality and pro-active approach are desired, whereas fluent knowledge of English is a must. You should also be able to demonstrate a great level of decisiveness, autonomy and readiness to think quickly and react to unexpected circumstances.
