Responsibilities:
As the Scrum Master you will be accountable for working with a team of developers and removing impediments to the ability of the team to deliver the sprint goal / deliverables. You will act as a buffer between the team and any distracting influences. You will ensure that the Scrum process is used as intended and focus of the team is on the tasks at hand. You will cooperate with Project Owners and other teams in the organization related to the projects.
In addition you will provides necessary reports about the progress and continuously seek and implement improvements in Agile Process

• Knowledge of OOP and working with databases
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies
