Administrative Customer Support with German

Our client is building up a brand new Shared Service Centre in Prague which is providing finance and customer support for their cooperate clients in the payment cards industry.

An Administrative Support position is open now for the customer service team. Your daily task is answering customer questions and solving issues mainly via email, web or any other written form. Creating new documents, processing orders, modifying contracts, giving feed-back to customers are also belongs to your task.

The successful candidate should have at least intermediate/upper-intermediate German and at least communication level of English knowledge. The ideal candidate has already some experience in administrative, customer service role. You should be a precise person with attention to details and with excellent customer service skill.
